هكذا تسترد رسائل واتساب التي حذفتها.. ولا “احتياط” لها

يعاني الكثير من مستخدمي تطبيق التراسل الفوري واتساب WhatsApp من مشكلة حذف بعض الدردشات عن طريق الخطأ أو حذفها لأي سبب آخر.
Many users of the WhatsApp application have trouble deleting or deleting some chats for any other reason.
وفي حين يمكنك استعادة الدردشات المؤرشفة، التي تم أخذ نسخة احتياطية بسهولة في تطبيق واتساب، لا يمكن استرداد الرسائل المحذوفة بدون نسخة احتياطية بهذه السهولة، ولكن هناك طريقة يمكنك استخدامها لاستعادة البيانات التي لا توجد منها نسخة احتياطية لديك.
While you can restore archived chats, which are easily backed up in the Wattab application, deleted messages can not be recovered without a backup, but there is a way you can use to recover data from which you do not have a backup.
فلاستعادة رسائل واتساب المحذوفة بسهولة، تحتاج إلى تفعيل ميزة أخذ نسخة احتياطية من الدردشة Chat Backup من خلال الإعدادات، باتباع الخطوات التالية:
• انتقل إلى تطبيق واتساب
• اضغط على الإعدادات Settings
• ثم اضغط على المحادثات Chats
• ثم اضغط على خيار النسخ الاحتياطي للمحادثات Chat backup
• ثم اضغط على خيار نسخ احتياطي لغوغل درايف backup to google drive
• ثم ستظهر لك قائمة خيارات يمكنك من خلالها تحديد المدة الزمنية التي ترغب أن تحتفظ فيها بنسخة احتياطية من محادثاتك “يوميًا أم أسبوعيًا أم شهريًا” وهذا يرجع لاختيارك.
To recover deleted messages easily, you need to activate the Backup Chat feature through the following steps:
• Go to the Wattab application
• Press Settings
• Then click Conversations Chats
• Then press the option to back up the Chat backup
• Then click the Backup to google drive backup option
• You will then see a list of options where you can specify how long you want to back up your conversations “daily, weekly, or monthly” due to your selection.

كيفية استعادة رسائل واتساب المؤرشفة:
أما إذا تمت أرشفة الدردشة منذ فترة، فلا يزال بإمكانك استعادتها. وما عليك إلا أن تقوم بالخطوات التالية:
أولًا: في نظام التشغيل آي أو إس iOS
• انتقل لأعلى في قائمة الدردشة حتى تظهر الرسائل المؤرشفة، ثم اضغط عليها
• اسحب إلى اليسار على الدردشة التي تريد استعادتها
• اضغط على إلغاء الأرشفة Unarchive

How to recover archived Wattab messages:
If your chat has been archived for a while, you can still restore it. Just do the following:
First: In the iOS operating system
• Scroll up in the chat list until the archived messages appear, and then tap them
• Drag to the left on the chat you want to restore
• Press Unarchive

• اضغط على نص دردشات مؤرشفة الموجود أسفل قائمة الدردشة
• اضغط مع الاستمرار على الدردشة التي تريد استردادها
• ثم اضغط على رمز إلغاء الأرشفة Unarchive

How to recover deleted messages without a backup
You can restore deleted messages without a backup through Android Data Recovery, an application that runs on Windows and Mac operating systems. It allows you to restore your phone’s messages, photos, videos, application calls and other easy steps, Android-powered phones.
ولاستردادها ما عليك سوى اتباع الخطوات التالية:
الخطوة الأولى: قم بتوصيل هاتفك بالكمبيوتر
• قم بتنزيل برنامج Android Data Recovery، وتثبيته على جهاز الكمبيوتر الخاص بك
• قم بتوصيل هاتفك بالكمبيوتر بواسطة كابل USB
• انتظر حتى يتم التعرف على هاتفك تلقائيًا
To recover it, just follow these steps:
Step 1: Connect your phone to your computer
• Download and install the Android Data Recovery software on your computer
• Connect your phone to the computer with a USB cable
• Wait until your phone is recognized automatically
الخطوة الثانية: سيطلب منك البرنامج تفعيل إعدادات التصحيح Enable USB debugging بالجهاز قبل بدء عملية الفحص
اتبع الخطوات التي تمكنك من الدخول إلى وضع تصحيح الأخطاء:
• ابحث عن آيقونة الإعدادات Settings على شاشة هاتفك، واضغط عليها
• اضغط على خيار حول الهاتف About Phone
• اضغط على خيار Build number تقريبًا 7 مرات، حتى تظهر لك رسالة “أنت في وضع المطور You are under developer mode”
• ارجع مرة أخرى للإعدادات Settings
• ابحث عن خيارات المطور Developer options واضغط عليها
• قم بتشغيل الزر الموجود أعلى الشاشة، وابحث عن خيار إعدادات التصحيح USB debugging، قم بتشغيله واضغط على خيار موافق في النافذة المنبثقة
Step 2: The program will ask you to enable the Enable USB debugging settings before you start the scan process
Follow the steps to get into debug mode:
• Find and tap the Settings icon on your phone screen
• Press the About Phone option
• Press the Build number option approximately 7 times, until you see the message “You are under developer mode”
• Go back to Settings
• Search for developer options and click on them
• Turn on the button at the top of the screen, look for the debugging USB debugging option, turn it on and press OK in the pop-up window
الخطوة الثالثة: اختر الملف الصحيح
بعد تفعيل نمط USB Debugging، وقيام البرنامج بالتعرف على هاتفك، قم حينها بإختيار القسم الذي تريد عمل مسح له لاستعادة البيانات المفقودة.
• كما في الصورة التالية قمنا باختيار قسمي WhatsApp وWhatsApp Attachments
• اضغط على زر التالي Next في الزاوية اليمنى بالأسفل
الخطوة الرابعة: السماح بالبحث عن البيانات المفقودة لاستردادها
Step 3: Choose the correct file
After activating the USB Debugging mode, and the program recognizes your phone, then select the partition you want to scan to recover lost data.
• As in the following picture, we chose WhatsApp and WhatsApp Attachments
• Press the Next button in the lower right corner below
Step 4: Allow searching for lost data to recover
يجب أن يظهر لك هاتفك رسالة تطلب إعطاء البرنامج الصلاحية لعمل مسح لهاتفك، وتستطيع إعطائه هذه الصلاحية من خلال الضغط على أياً من الخيارات التالية Allow أو Grant أو Authorize، وذلك وفقًا لنوع هاتفك.
بمجرد الانتهاء من هذه الخطوات سيقوم البرنامج بعمل مسح واستعادة للبيانات، قد يستغرق هذا الأمر بعض الوقت، وبعد أن ينتهي البرنامج من عملية المسح ستتمكن من رؤية كل الملفات والمُحادثات التي يُمكن إستعادتها، وذلك من خلال الضغط على خيار واتساب الموجودة في يسار الشاشة، وبعد ذلك قم بتحديد ما تُريد استعادته واضغط .
Your phone should show you a message that requires the program to allow you to scan your phone, and you can give it permission by pressing any of the following Allow, Grant or Authorize options, depending on your phone type.
Once these steps are completed, the program will scan and restore the data. This may take some time. After the program finishes scanning, you will be able to see all the files and conversations that can be restored by clicking on the Wattab option on the left side of the screen. Select what you want to restore and press.
