The Role

As a fundamental member of the Online Pharmacy Team, you will play a significant leadership role in strategizing and driving the growth and success of online Pharmacy Operations in KSA. This is a position that will see you gain experience and skills in a wide range of areas as well as working at the forefront of the health-tech industry.

Responsibilities

Business Performance & Operations

Create and Manage Company Budgets- Work with individual stakeholders to review annualized budgets. Optimize efficiencies and value of each initiative. Hold stakeholders accountable to stay within budget.

OKRs Targets- Develop all targets and manage the team to ensure we hit quarterly revenue targets across all channels (Online, Customer experience, and partnerships, etc.) Strategically monitor and improve all OKRs driving the business.

Supply Chain- Work with the demand/supply team to develop and implement a supply chain framework across all product categories. Manage 3PL.

Business Development- Lead all wholesale/Vendor management partnerships and new business initiatives. Monitor Digital Ad Spend and strategy

Customer-Centric – Lead the team by setting the example of a customer-first mindset. Oversee all customer touchpoints, offering training and support to the staff to ensure a consistent tone of voice across the brand. Ensure product/system knowledge is a key priority for every Vezeeta Employees.

Data Reporting & Insights – work with the team to develop reporting tools and OKRs to measure success. Offer actionable insight into all data, identifying any issues or areas for improvement.

Inventory Management – Monitor all inventory levels maintaining proper assortment across all product categories.

Ecommerce & Customer Experience Management

Oversee Vendor management plan, creating long term growth opportunities while identifying key short-term needs.

Manage Operations budget

Drive stores acquisition, conversion, and OKRs

Work with product team to make site/application improvements and identify necessary features/optimization

Oversee Customer Experience team to ensure the customers delivers seamless service from start to finish

Launch new initiatives to maximize customer loyalty, refill and retention

Analyze site/application, and customer data to understand customer needs and any new opportunities.

Manage Ecommerce and Customer Experience team members

Team Management

Set team goals and individual goals across all areas of the business – holding people accountable to these expectations.

Inspire and lead by knowing your team’s jobs and responsibilities. Develop new skills and practices to translate to your team

Recruit and select top talent for The Arrivals, identifying new positions and staffing needs

Requirements

10+ years of industry experience, leading a team, preferably at a retail/Pharmacy chains

Bachelor in Pharmacy from one of the top universities in the world.

MBA is a plus

Broad knowledge of the industry across all areas – production, customer experience, e-commerce, sales, and Operations.

Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to communicate clearly while maintaining a friendly and optimistic attitude; empathy is a must

Autonomous and resourceful, ability to operate with a sense of urgency

Data-driven with an extensive understanding of sales and marketing metrics.

Proven track record of success

Expert with technology and systems (Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint.
